TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. The goal of Truck Driver Services (the English version) and Kierowca.com (the Polish version) is providing help for drivers who have CDL drivers licence. We do not provide, do not have qualificatons, and do not intent to give legal advice regarding the traffic law or any other field of law.

2. The content of Truck Drive rServices and Kierowca.com as well as information provided in response to your inquiries are solely based on our practical knowledge and experience. Therefore, they should not be treated as legal advice or as a substitute for legal advice. If your case requires legal consultation, you should contact individuals or institutions authorized to provide legal services.

3. We shall not be held responsible for any material or immaterial, direct or indirect damages arosen in result of our services or advice or being a consequence of our services or advice, which would exceed your direct fee paid for this particular service/advice.

4. Truck Driver Services/Kierowca.com will not share your information with any other parties without your consent.

5. Logbooks prepared by Truck Driver Services/Kierowca.com can only be used for educational/model purposes, and in no case should they be submited to other parties without an appropriate aknowledgment of their source.

6. Truck Driver Services/Kierowca.com shall not be held responsible for damages resulting from internal or external causes that may prevent us from delivering service or advice on time or having the intended quality or result.

7. Truck Driver Services/Kierowca.com will charge your credit card or will accept other payment forms in the amount mutually agreed upon beforehand. If we start working on your order and you decide to cancel this order, we will charge an amount proportional to our service already completed, which will not exceed 100% of your original payment for this service/advice.

8. We do not take any responsibility for your mistakes resulting from incorrect completion of the form/s. If your credit card information or any other data needed for providing our service appear to be incorrect or incomplete, we reserve the right not to contact you and not to provide the requested service.
